officially full! If you did or did not get to
register on time you can still train with I- Run.

ILLINOIS RUNS SPEED WORKOUTS HAVE STARTED

Coach Brian Piper has started his speed training
workouts. If you are interested in improving your
marathon finishing time, he can get you to your
marathon goal time! The I- Run Speed Training
workouts meet every Tuesday at 6:30pm at the
Lakefront Running Path at the Horse Trough located
north of Fullerton and south of Diversey in Chicago.
